Royal Bank of Scotland.

ILLUSTRATION / MOTION

Part of my time at The&Partnership focused on creating generic content for Royal Banks social platforms and working on campaigns to promote events taking place in Scotland.

Kiltwalk Route Maps.

Kiltwalk is an annual charity event which Royal Bank are a principle sponsor of, that takes place in a few different cities around Scotland.

One of the things I was tasked with creating, for this campaign, were illustrative route maps for organic social posts. Each location had it’s own colour way which followed Royal Banks branding, for viewers to easily identify which Kiltwalk location was being referred to.

To give the Kiltwalkers an idea of the length of each walk, I included recognisable buildings and landmarks that they would pass along the way.

Kiltwalk Branded Asset.

The second half of the brief was to produce an easily movable and sustainable creative execution, that would encourage people to interact with RBS at the Kiltwalk events.

One of the initial ideas was called ‘What’s under the Kilt’, which would encourage people to stand behind three kilt boards with funny legs and take pictures to then share on social media. However in terms of inclusivity for small children and the disabled, this idea became problematic and was scrapped.

Instead I came up with a backdrop for people to take pictures in front of, which featured the route maps of each location and also catered for people of all different heights and abilities.

Ideal Home Show Scotland.

A couple of animations I created for Instagram stories to promote the Ideal Home Show Scotland.

Ad templates.

Royal Bank were getting a lot of requests to create print ads at the last minute and so they asked for A4 and A5 templates to be created that sponsor various events and programmes, that can then be easily repurposed if need be for future requests. The ads were to be created using the new Royal Bank VI.
