The Bavarian Village.

ILLUSTRATION

The Bavarian Village is an area that is part of London’s Winter Wonderland with bars, restaurants and live entertainment.

The client wanted to increase their engagement with visitors on both their social media and at the event. To do this I created face cut out boards and visitor maps.

Face cut out board.

The face cut out boards were a new feature and designed to encourage visitors to take photos and share them on social media, in turn promoting the event.

The designs were based around the buildings in Bavarian Village, Winter Wonderland. As they were so engaging with the visitors the client requested for a second board to be designed using the companys Bratwurst characters.

Visitor Maps.

The client had originally requested for a 3D model of Bavarian Village to be designed on Sketchup. However this quickly became impractical when it came to printing the map on one sheet and also uploading it onto social media.

I worked alongside the Creative Director to come up with two new designs that would work for both print and digital platforms, one showing the village from a birds eye view and the other showing the village at an angled view.
